Freshness & Returns Charter

1. Quality promise
Appily Fifteen selects orchard-picked fruits and packs them in ventilated chilled liners. If your order arrives in a condition that falls materially below our product description, we will review your request promptly.
2. Eligible return scenarios
- Wrong fruit variety or pack size delivered compared to your invoice.
- Shipment lost in transit or returned undelivered without your refusal.
- Product arrives crushed, mouldy, or clearly spoiled on delivery day.
3. Reporting window
Submit a return or quality concern within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the affected fruit and the outer packaging. Requests received after this window may not qualify because of natural perishability.
4. Non-eligible items
- Normal ripening variation that does not affect edibility.
- Products consumed or discarded before a report is filed.
- Orders where delivery was accepted without noting damage on the courier receipt when applicable.
5. Resolution timeline
Approved prepaid refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD refunds are transferred via bank details you provide, typically within 7–10 business days after approval.
